Marcson Homes

This is our second built and first time with Marcson I have to say so far we have a great positive experience building with Marcson Homes, we're still in the very beginning blue print stage and we're already super excited to see how our new home will turn out.
Our home specialist Lisa Heninger is also one of the reason why we decided to build with Marcson, not only she's a wonderful, fun and creative lady to work with, she gave us a lot of creative suggestions and ideas to create our desire home and design.
I have to say everything happen for a reason, we been to a lot of home builders and Lisa is the one who seems to care so much genuinely for her customer and always go up and beyond for us to find out every little details.
This is only the early stage of building and every built will have some minor issue and fix to do and will see how well and efficient Marcson will deal with them except only thing is their back office can be slow at getting back on things and not sure if that was just a temporary staffing problem..
We did come down to 2 home builders to make a decision with but we're so glad we finally decided to go with Marcson! Overall we do recommend Marcson and Lisa as your home specialist.

My sales lady here in Leduc has been the best. She has made my little guy feel welcome anytime he decides he wants to run away lol as she always has a movie on for him lol I always know where to find him.

We loved Marcson homes from our first visit. Eunice was amazing throughout the decision making process to purchase our new home. Eunice was great to deal with from our first visit and our decision to buy. Eunice was very professional and very helpful by answering all our question, also helping us with the various suppliers to make changes after our first choice was submitted. We are looking forward to moving to our new Marcson home.

So far we have received positive experiences with Marcson homes. Our home is still under construction. Hopefully it gonna be ready by the end of 2018. Maleek Padani has been a good advisor n through out this process. I would recommend him to my friends too for sure.

We moved into our home October 2017 and it has been amazing so far. It has been great customer service from anyone I have dealt with. Lisa made sure the buying and building process as smooth as possible and was very thorough with every detail. Since moving in I have been in close contact with Erin for any deficiencies I may have noticed and she is always prompt to send me an email back answering any big or small questions, setting up service appointments etc. This was my first build and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I'd recommend Marcson to my family and friends!

This is our first time building a home and so far the process has been super easy and fun. Malik has been incredibly helpful and is always willing to make our dreams into reality. All the options offered are great—we’re loving everything we can customize. Looking forward to seeing the finished result!

We bought a spec home from Marcson and took a possession at the beginning of December. Our experience with Marcson is fairly good so far. Even though there were some hassles with lawyers and my possession date was delayed one day, it was sorted out anyways and we finally got the key. The thing we are most satisfied with Marcson is their prompt response from the service department/staff. We had few questions/issues with our new home after possession and had to contact the service department for them. They have been very responsive and taken a good care of customer's concerns/issues/questions after the possession. I know there are some builders which do not care at all or are not responsive that much after the possession.

Both Eunice and marcson homes as a whole provided us with superior customer service at every level through out our purchasing/building process. Eunice's customer service between always responding to our texts and questions about the process is unmatchable. I would be more then happy to refer them to friends, family, and even a stranger i know is looking for a new home.

I don't often write reviews but Marcson Homes really seems to stand out. My experience in Salisbury Village was one of the best I have had and their floor plans and design are unlike anything else in the Edmonton area. Very helpful and knowledgeable. When the time is right I will be back!

I must give my agent Eunice a big thank you for her help with making our new home purchase a painless and easy one. I am really glad I went with this particular builder as we all know there are so many builders out there.
