My husband and I began the process of purchasing/building our first home in 2016. We spoke with several builders, most of which ended up leaving us feeling frustrated or disheartened. Fortunately, we walked into a Marcson Homes show home in Sherwood Park and felt like our wants and needs mattered. During that visit, we were shown a floor plan we LOVED, and ended up signing the papers right away. Throughout the building process our new home specialist, Ola, was a pleasure to work with. She kept us informed and updated every step of the way. Any concerns we had were addressed promptly, and with a positive attitude. She definitely made the experience an enjoyable one. Our home was completed in May 2017, and we couldn’t be happier. We would absolutely choose Marcson Homes again.

Excellent service, accomodating and very welcoming especially Irum Khan and Dakota. They’re very nice and they explain well in regards with the details of every stage of the construction of our house. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I am building a new home in Allard, edmonton. So far, very happy with the selection and the appreciation you get in the social circle for building a house with good builder. What make even better is having a good sales person. I have seen very few people who do not encourage after the sales, but Irum is different and does an excellent and extraordinary job with all the sales support. Keep up the good work Irum.

i was about to give my initial cheque to hold the lot to Rohit Home, but Sales Rep was busy , so i decided to go and check out Marcson Home Portable, their door sign "buy two home for the price of TWO" caught my eyes, so myself and my wife decided to go and check out, there i met Ankur he is a great Sales Rep. (no longer with Marcson homes)Being the Second Time new home buyer i had a bit of knowledge about new Home construction etc. so asked so many questions, and we decided to go with Marcson home instead to Rohit. i was able to customize my home as my need, and budget, i had some hiccups during my initial stages however everything is seems to working out fine so far, my home is almost completed. i can write back another review once i start living in my home as real test starts after my possession.just wanted to say Thank you to Irum Khan , she take over my file after Ankur and she did a great job addressing all my concern and question in very professional and in timely manner.

Marcson Homes Builder: What I can say in little words? I mean You have provided us Excellent Service with satisfying our needs while choosing new Homes.
Irum Khan is role model; She is the one who supported us in terms of choosing home, selecting upgrades and most importantly She helped me personally while I was stuck in the process of Mortgage Approval. Irum was doing so much hard work to resolve issues that i had. Without Irum Khan; We would not have our dream House Achieved.

She’s very knowledgeable on every single detail of the home that we chose. She’s very patient and always very responsive to our requests. We will definitely recommend Marcson Homes to our relatives and friends.

This is my first home with marcson am very excited and I love it so much my friends fall in love and they sure going to do business with them as well. As a first time homebuyer, things can be complex. Eunice and the team at Marcson did a fantastic job in keeping me in the loop and making sure the job was done right.

At this point of time, we will NOT recommend this builder. If we could cancel now we would for sure, long story short, our building experience has been unbelieveable SLOW, stressful, awful, it has been a year since we signed, our house still not even close to done.. if we have gone with other builder our house will be done by end of this summer latest.
