Marcson Homes

We started out looking for a home to rent, however in October 2016 bought our first NEW home from Marcson Homes. Our house backs onto Cameron Heights Park and our back yard is wonderful. We are delighted with the home and the ease of purchase to possession. All concerns have been addressed by the Marcson Team.....Thank you to Marcson, our dream has come true!

My husband and I went around to MANY show homes around Edmonton and were not overly impressed with many, the communities or the yard sizes.
We knew that if we were to build our dream home, we wanted it to be beautiful! with a nice yard.
We went to the Graydon Hill community and were impressed with the lot sizes and the lovely show home.
This home will be very special to us as this is our first build together and first home purchase together. We will be building a family in this home and making a life here.
Lisa has been very helpful throughout the whole process. We have been able to make many modifications.
We have recently been going to the suppliers to pick out some of our interior for our home and we haven't been overly impressed with the choices. Are having to upgrade things and in the end will be paying more then we had originally wanted but this will be our home for many years to come and want to ensure we are happy with our choices.

I purchased my Marcson home in March 2017 and it was a great experience from start to finish. Eunice was amazing and well educated and answered all my questions and concerns no matter what time of day or what day of the week it was. She really helped me make my dream come true! Since moving in I have been in contact with Erin multiple times with minor questions and concerns about the house and she always gets back to me right away or has sent someone out to look at the problem in a very timely fashion. Overall I am very happy I purchased with them and I would definitely buy from Marcson again in the future. Thank you Marcson, you have some wonderful ladies working with you!

We are in the process of building our first home. Marcson has been amazing though it all so far. Lisa picked a floor plan that suited our budget. We were in shock what they had to offer. They are patient and helpful and extremely easy to work with. Their standard finishings are what you pay extra for with other builders. We are patiently waiting for our home and are super excited!

New Home Specialist Eunice provided proper guidance and knowlegment to my new home. The house has great qualities and features through out and suburb craftmenship.
I certainly would do another deal with Marcson.

At the beginning we were out looking for a house to rent, we ended up seeing an ad for Marcson homes, we decided to look at a show home and we fell in love with their designs, Eunice was great to deal with and very knowledgeable with her job, She ended up working with us and helped us make it possible to buy one of their homes, the house purchasing process went smooth, We moved in November and couldn't be happier, The Walk through process with the service staff was very thorough the day of possession, there were minor deficiencies which were all taken care of. Now living in the house there has been some issues that are expected with a new house but nothing major so far and Erin the Customer warranty coordinator has been great to deal with, they have responded to any of our calls concerning areas of concern and have taken care of our house in a timely fashion. we love our new home and would recommend it to any of our friends. they are 100% dedicated to producing quality homes.

This was the second home we've built, but the first one with Marcson. Overall it was a positive experience. We started with one of their floor plans and had lots of flexibility to customize as we chose, including moving walls, which was great. We were pleased with most of their standard specifications, allowing us to select a few upgrades that were important to us.

We did a thorough walk-through at possession and were informed about the different features and mechanics in the home, but it was a lot of information to take in, at a busy and exciting time. We think it would be ideal if they could provide a checklist of recommended maintenance (ie. clean air exchange filter 2x/year) and tips for managing the furnace/HRV as this is quite different in the new homes that are more efficient and air tight.

We have identified a few small things we might change, but with the hundreds of decisions and components to the home, this is almost unavoidable. Marcson has been responsive in dealing with the outstanding deficiencies with just a couple remaining to wrap up. We felt we got good value and love our new home. We would recommend Marcson.

This was not my first home, but it was my first new build, and I was not sure what to expect, as I came into the process when all the interior decisions were already made. My experience went very well. Erin, the Customer Service Warranty Coordinator has been great to work with. We did a thorough walk-through with the service staff and the few deficiencies (all fairly minor) were delt with promptly. The home is looking great, and I've had several positive comments on the interior design. I love my new space and have already recommended Marcson Homes to my friends.

This was my first brand new house that I have ever purchased and Marcson made the process very easy and hassle free.
Customer service after the sale has been very good as well and they have fixed any issues that have arose.
Overall I am very satisfied with Marcson homes and would recommend them to anyone.

We have been very pleased with our dealings with Marcson Homes. We needed a few things changed or fixed and Marcson were always prompt in getting people out to deal with it. One contractor did a poor job in repainting a spot in our bathroom but it was such a quick and easy fix that it really didn't matter. All the other contractors did a great job. The staff are efficient and helpful and we absolutely love our home!
