Haven Builds

Haven built my deck as part of a major reno. The quality of work is outstanding. Also, its refreshing to work with good people. I have another project coming that Ill most likely work with them on. Highly recommend.

The front porch on our 100-year-old house was sagging badly, and had 1970s wrought-iron that didnt reflect the homes original style. I spoke with a number of contractors but Thanoj and Sydney were the most informative and specific. Their price was competitive, they had great ideas and solved all those weird mysteries that occur with structures of this age. The porch looks great and is now structurally sound. We went with Haven Builds for our 2 bedroom addition on our second floor and we couldnt be happier. Their skill and efficiency did not go unnoticed. They were very transparent with us and kept lines of communication open the entire time. They worked alongside our ideas and also recommended their own.

Not only did they build us 2 bedrooms, they were able to tackle on other tasks we threw at them such as a
-framing for a sliding glass door in the kitchen
-built a new front porch (railings/composite decking)
-upgraded our electrical panel
- removed and better waterproofed our old siding to match our new siding
- changed up all the metal around the windows and framing of the house to match the new extension
-redid our back patio to code
-built a beautiful accent wall going up our staircase
-created a built-in Pax closet system
-Repainted our cielings on the main floor
-Reinstalled all of our security cameras and tucked in the wires

We are so pleased we went with Haven Builds. Their professional yet down to earth attitude was a huge help during this journey. Their expected timeline was on point. They were even able to start the job sooner than expected. My spouse and I are super thankful for their commitment and dedication on helping to extend our home for our growing family.
