Our neighbours highly recommended Emiliano and his team and we were so happy that we went with them. Emiliano and his team were easy to work with from start to finish. We renovated the entire second floor including bedrooms and installing builtins, redoing an entire bathroom, installing new floors and redoing the stairs-showing up on time each day and working through for several hours. They were very dependable, reliable and efficient. Emiliano works with your budget and when the renovation was complete, it was the cost that you had been quoted at originally. No surprises or extra costs. Emiliano personal works with you throughout the process to ensure you are getting what you want. The second floor looks amazing and my only regret is we did not go it sooner. Shout out to Fernando as well who was lovely to work with.

We had GNI contracting referred to us by a neighbour. Our first interaction with GNI and Emiliano (Emi) was to do a small bit of work that I had started, but needed a professional touch to finish.

The fantastic work his team did on our home, along with the beautiful reno they completed for our neighbour meant that GNI was the first and only call we made when time came to make changes to our home - the fixer-upper we bought when we first started out. Beyond completely overhauling our kitchen - which was pink before GNI got to it - we've worked with them on:

1. Redoing our master bathroom
2. Replacing all interior doors, casings and trim
3. Rebuilt fireplace, and living room.
4. Painted our entire home, top to bottom.

In each and every case, Emi and his crew were there to answer questions, help us make decisions and brought a great eye for deign, detail and functionality.

My vocabulary simply isn't sufficient to express how good Emi and his team are. Any time we've wanted changes to our original scope, they've helped us add it in with minimal disruption. Any time we've been unsure about a decision, he's been responsive to our queries, and any time we got frustrated with the number of decisions needed in a reno, or the impact it has on our day to day, they've been there to help us understand the grander vision.

GNI has been everything you want in a contractor. Ethical, effective, and engaging. I cannot imagine ever trusing anyone more than GNI to come into my home and make our dreams reality.

We hired GNI initially to do 2 major full bathroom Reno’s, and change our baseboards and trims and internal doors. Emiliano and his crew were very professional and trustworthy. The project came in on time and on budget and they delivered what was promised. We were so happy with the work they did we then hired them to install pot light throughout most of the house and get rid of our pop corn ceilings and repaint the main floor. Again the project finished in time and on budget. We have no problem recommending this company. Decscions were jointly made along the project timelines and Emiliano took us to some of his dealers so we can see option.

GNI General Contracting had given our home and family a wonderful experience. Emiliano and his crew renovated the entire basement and front foyer and had given us their genuine opinion on what would work and if it was worth the investment for us. There were things we initially had thought that we would have liked to get done but from his experience was not worth the cost nor would it have been a worthwhile investment.
The issues that were found were dealt with professionally and had caused little to no stress to our family. The various options that we had wanted were followed through with in a timely matter.
The estimates and quotes for the project were reasonable and accurate. Any disruption or delays were communicated upfront to let us know what is going on and what the progress of the project was like. Any issues that arisen after the project was completed were dealt with in a timely matter as well.

We are very pleased with the process and outcome of the renovation. Our family would highly recommend GNI to any family who wants quality work at reasonable prices.

GNI General Contracting has done 3 bathrooms for us and built in closets. We have hired the team back on two separate occasions and recommend them highly to anyone looking for a great and dedicated contractor. GNI contracting has the best team ever, so professional, clean and caring of their customers homes and really set the bar high. They delivered our house the same way we left it, little to no dust, vacuumed after the job, cleaned and always were responsive to questions.

GNI is a wonderful company to work with. We purchased a 25 year old home that needed a lot of work. Emiliano and his team renovated the entire house from top to bottom. Everything from insulation to the last nail was changed. The results were absolutely wonderful. Emiliano is very professional and clean. His estimates and ideas were right on track. My house is so modern and exactly what we wanted. We were very happy with everything from the initial encounter to the completion of the renovations. My husband and I worked with Emiliano and his team from GNI on a renovation at our town home in downtown Toronto. Emiliano and his team completed 2 fantastic new bathrooms, a new built in closet for our master bedroom, a new back deck and a long list of other aesthetic upgrades. We are thrilled with the outcome -- We love everything! Emiliano was great at consulting with us, clarifying what was possible, worth or not worth the money. His team is highly skilled, friendly and professional. Prior the renovation I was daydreaming of moving and now I am thrilled to come home every day!

GNI contracting did an extensive renovation of my first and second floor. This included converting an existing bedroom into a bathroom, installing brand new radiators, installation of all new hardwood flooring, converting an existing window into a patio door, and changing out the fireplace for a new more modern look.

I was very pleased with the work they did. We made several changes to our design as we went along and Emiliano was very accommodating and professional. The quality of the work was excellent and the crew made sure they cleaned up each day. My wife and I are very happy with the result and we have already recommended GNI to many of our friends.
