Hired Peter to install a water line to my new fridge. He did all the plumbing work including new shutoff value under the sink and then connected it properly to the back of the fridge. Job done well, very happy with the work. Will call him next time I need an appliance repair for sure.

Project: New install of a garage door I purchased used off of Kijiji. I initially thought I could do this job myself but quickly realized this was not going to be a straight forward installation. So I called Alon from Smart Care Garage Doors Toronto. Alon was great, showed up on time, was able to make a couple of modifications to get the garage door working properly. He also showed me how to program both the remote and the keypad. Everything is working great. Would recommend!!!

Great work. A two-person crew for this project. They showed up on time everyday and did a great job repainting our front porch and all the exterior windows/patio doors. They did a good job helping me to match the colors (including fixing some painting inside the house too). They are organized and cleaned up the site everyday before they leave. Friendly and easy to work with.

We bought a house with beautiful gardens, but my wife and I are not gardeners and it showed. Very happy with the repair that they did to my refrigerator. Very professional, came when they said they would, explained what they were doing, couldn't ask for more. Would definitely use them again.

I had a problem with my refrigerator where it was freezing all of my food. I called Modern Appliance and told him the issue. He walked me through a couple of things on the phone to check before we made an appointment. It turns out I just needed to adjust the freezer setting and it solved my problem. Saved me the service charge!!! I'll be sure to call them again if I have any other issues with my appliances.

GNI contracting did an extensive renovation of my first and second floor. This included converting an existing bedroom into a bathroom, installing brand new radiators, installation of all new hardwood flooring, converting an existing window into a patio door, and changing out the fireplace for a new more modern look. I was very pleased with the work they did. We made several changes to our design as we went along and Emiliano was very accommodating and professional. The quality of the work was excellent and the crew made sure they cleaned up each day. My wife and I are very happy with the result and we have already recommended GNI to many of our friends.
