I hired Petro to do pour a slab for my garage last summer. He is a nice guy who I thought knew what he was doing. I paid them the extra money to rebar the whole pad before the concrete was pour and the cement required on the drawings was very hard 32mpa. The whole slab is completely cracked and split already and there has never been a single car in the garage. I am not happy that I spent this much money on the cement and building a new garage and it is already ruined.

Great service. workers were always on time. Their work is very good quality. A few places needed to be fixed and they were quick to come back. Very satisfied with this company and would hire them again.

Our front porch was crumbling from water penetration and we needed to get it replaced. We were hoping to not only completely redo the concrete steps but to also add stone facing onto it. We called a couple of places who quoted us over the phone but Svd Restoration made a point of coming out and meeting with us to discuss what we wanted to do and give us options. Vasyl was put on our job and he was amazing to work with from beginning to end. He was always available to answer questions, and he wouldn't hesitate to come by the house to chat if it was easier to point at something and talk about it in person. The crews were very polite and took care with the work they were doing. We felt very taken care of the entire way through the project. The finished steps are beautiful and we couldn't be happier. We've had several neighbours comment on how nice they turned out and have since had other contractors to our home who have made a point of saying how impressed they are with the steps and wondering who we used.
