The concrete stairs look great (time will determine lasting power but seems approach took into account agreed standards). The team worked really hard with difficult excavating conditions (soil and rock). They fixed a couple things for free- downspout that was detached, gunk removed from where old awning was above door. Some minor glitches not worth detailing. Overall - happy with results and it was a pleasant experience.

Vasyl and his crew built us a front porch and retaining wall and the finished product looks amazing! Even though things didn't work out exactly as planned in the beginning, everyone at Svd Restoration worked hard to make everything right and made sure we were happy with the finished patio. I would definitely recommend them.

My double garage floor had cracked and shifted. Svd Restoration removed the old floor, shoring up my half loft platform, laid rebar, poured a new concrete floor, and parged the garage walls inside and out. You can imagine my consternation when 1 man was sent to do this (to me) large job.... But one man worked like 10 men, despite the extreme summer heat! He was careful and responsible and we were pleased with the work. I didn't know how much vibration the jackhammering of the old floor would cause, so I packed up china and breakables in the rooms bordering the garage. Supervisor Vasyl helped us take down a stained glass window mounted in the basement wall and even came back to help us put it back up. And it turned out that the vibration was very minor. Good customer service, good solution to my problem, good work, good timing, good response to questions/concerns. Yes, I would gladly recommend this company.

I had Svd Restoration replace existing interlock steps with concrete as well as repair of exterior parging along the garage and side of house. After removing the steps we discovered water damage along a foundation wall. Was a pleasure working with them as they repaired the damage and completed the steps and parging work. They were prompt and helpful every step of the way. Workmanship was top notch and service was exemplary.

Called Petro and discussed the project. Gave me a reasonable quote. Gave him the deposit and fixed a rough timeline to start. Vasyl and Petro's team are good people to work with. If you are around, they explain everything as they do their work. They were flexible to make changes to the plan once they started. Cost increased proportionally and reasonably. They have seen hundreds of these projects in the past, therefore listened to them on their guidance and let them do their job. With weather and summer being a busy season it is understandable the work started couple of weeks later than committed. If you are planning on a project make sure to factor this in. Overall I'm really happy with the outcome. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Paid to have a large sidewalk and concrete patio slab poured. They subbed it out to another company who did a terrible job. Cracked within the first year and is now Spalding everywhere. Contacted Svd Restoration and have gotten nothing but the run around for well over a year. We have been in contact with Svd Restoration and now have a tentative date in September to have it all redone!
