Had the service technician in he told me he would have an solution in about 10 minutes, that was true, he had diagnosed the main bard to be faulty and he was able to go and come back with the part to complete the repair for us. Knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and quality work. Will definitely get my business again, and I would recommend them to anyone.

They are amazing! Called yesterday to ask for a tech to come and look at my freezer. They were able to fit me in the very next day. The tech showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and even had the part on hand. He fixed it and now my ice maker is working perfectly.

I called on Tuesday afternoon regarding my Samsung dryer making a screeching noise. They were able to make my appointment for the same day. Mike was the technician who came out to fix my dryer, and from the moment he called me to let me know he was on the way, he was nothing short of professional! He came within the first hour of my scheduled appointment time and was done in a little over an hour. He let me know right away what he thought the issue was with my dryer, and he was correct once he got into taking it apart.
He let me know what the cost would be for the part and his labor. It took him a little over an hour to fix it, but it was well worth it. I think the cost quoted me was reasonable. They also warrant the part and labor. I hope to not have any more appliance issues, but should I do, I know who I will be calling. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience! I had John out to my home yesterday to look at my fridge. Ultimately the repair was going to exceed what the fridge is worth considering its age so he wasn't able to help me. That being said, John was very professional, answered all my questions and was empathic to not being able to get me up and running.
