After a yearlong of another company trying to fix our LG washer. Same Day took over. Our repairman was amazing! He was timely, called when he was on his way over, was careful with diagnostics, made me feel heard and was careful with the repair. After working with two other people in town, we will now only use Same Day Appliance Repair.

Very efficient professional service on all fronts from arranging the appointment to the diagnosis of the problem. The use of email to confirm the appointment and send receipts was great. The technician was on time and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The problem was too expensive to correct but he helped direct me to the best replacement refrigerators and the stores that provide the best service. I hope not to need to use your services but if something else breaks, you'll be the first I call!
