From first contact, initial consultation, through installation to follow-up Cross Heating and AC acted professionally, courteously, and in a timely manner. Their installation was completed within about two weeks of our signing the contract which we thought was surprisingly lower than we expected. A solid, reliable company which we would willingly recommend.

We had some problems with our AC unit at our rental house in Palmerston. I contacted this wonderful company and we made plans to check it out asap. Someone was able to get the old AC going for the time being and was able to explain clearly what was going on. No lack of communication whatsoever. We were told itd be best to replace the AC of it were possible for us. They made a date with our tenant to come and replace it. Our tenant said the guys did a great job and were nice and respectful while they were working. All the communication between me and the workers there was fantastic and I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service. Fast and efficient and so willing to work with the customer on price and replacement date. Jason was who I was in contact with most of the time and he was informative and so nice to talk to. Id recommend this company to anyone that needed the services they offer.

We have used Cross for years. Cross has amazing customer service, always out in a very timely manner, and the technicians are very kind and professional. We have had Cross do everything from running duct work, to plumbing all new lines, to new furnace, water heater, softener and now the new Central air conditioner. We will continue to recommend them.

Showed up and completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. Good communication. Followed up up with us. Service Tech very knowledgeable, skilled and personable.

We used across heating when our furnace broke down. They responded fast and came the next day to keep the furnace we had going. By the next week they came with a new one had it in along with a new air conditioner.
Very pleased with the work that was done and the people that did it. The techs that came out are polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very hard working.
Jason was a beauty to talk to about the products and again, the installs for everything went so well with the amazing field staff they have.
Would use again and very confidently recommend for the service that they provide.
