On Side Restoration was awesome at every stage of restoring my basement back to pre-flood condition. Each crew that came into my home was professional and skilled at their specific trade. Rob, Marla and Edgar oversaw the coordination and completion of the work and were excellent! They worked with my insurance company and reduced my stress back by taking care of each phase. We had a flood in our house as one of my kids didn't completely shut off the tap, the sink was partly clogged, and the water ran for about 7 hours before it was discovered. Our insurance company used On Side Restoration to dry out our house and we agreed to use them for the restoration. We are very happy with how smoothly the restoration went. The tradesmen were all professional and respectful. You could tell they took pride in their work. They all seemed very happy to be working for On Side. We had well over a dozen people work to restore our home to better than it was before. I highly recommend On Side Restoration company for their professional people and quality work.

Excellent service. I had used them before in my own home .The work was done in a timely manner, the trades were very professional and clean. Everything was left as it was before the flood. Brock and Tammy are absolutely wonderful to deal with. I would definitely recommend On Side.

Roof and upstairs lobby was damaged by wind and rain . All repairs were done to perfection. Staff was friendly and professional. All went well and according to plan .

Onside coordinated our rebuild of our garage door, walls, hallway and main floor flooring due to a car accident where a vehicle came through our home. All timelines, communications, and work was completed above PAR, not to mention completed during COVID. Everyone was very clean and pleasant through it all. some contractors went above and beyond fixing items that were not covered with insurance, leakages etc. I was very happy with all the work, couple rough patches, but nothing that couldn't be honored and fixed.

On side was extremely helpful from start to finish. Naomi the team manager allowed text communication as well which was helpful as she was available for any questions or concerns at anytime. We would highly recommend this company and would use them in the future.

We discovered that our expansion tank was leaking into our crawl space. After contacting our insurance company, On Side was on site within two hours of our call outlining how they were going to proceed and began the prep next to immediately after assessing the damage. Everything was done thoroughly and could not have been happier with their outstandingly competent service!!

Had a flood in master bedroom that also went through into the garage - the onside team was efficient, professional and on time from start to finish. Would recommend the onside restoration team!
