There had been moisture around the window drywall, ledge, and bench area for the last couple of years. I put dehumidifiers around the area, but it really needed to be repaired. I wanted to get it taken care of in case mould started to form. I had 3 companies assess it and Josh was the only only that said our window was fine. It needed to be cleaned as the weepers were blocked up so water was running down the sill & affecting the surrounding drywall and bench area. He said he was also going to check outside to see if there was any areas rain water could get in. I was happy with Josh's assessment as I'd heard from handy neighbours that they didn't think the window itself needed to be replaced. Josh cleaned & fixed up the window. Removed & replaced the moist drywall, and built the bench area. Since my daughter wants to paint her room, I told Josh he didn't need to repaint his repairs. He also said he was going to check our roof for any maintenance work if I wanted him to which I did. He gave me a quote & also said that if there was roof maintenance required that would be extra. I was happy with his quote and felt after talking to him at the initial assessment that he knew his stuff. Josh was very professional about communicating what he what he was doing, etc. He was very efficient with his time and cognizant of clean up and taking his shoes off in the house. We haven't had the gas fireplace maintained in the 8 years we've lived in our home. The switch was always temperamental, but it seemed worse since last winter. I called Bravo first thing in the morning and Fredy got back to me w/in minutes. He gave me a quote and said if he has to do more, then of course we would discuss what needed to be done. He squeezed us in and was at my house w/in 30 min! Fredy came in w/a mask on, put a drop cloth down by the fireplace, and had his own vacuum. He did a super job cleaning our fireplace and now the fireplace switches on like it should. Our fireplace looks brand new!! His charge was exactly what he quoted to have the fireplace maintained. We had a flood in our house as one of my kids didn't completely shut off the tap, the sink was partly clogged, and the water ran for about 7 hours before it was discovered. The sash balances, I believe that's what they are called, to my large kitchen window broke. Tim came over, assessed the problem and ordered the replacements. Then, a couple of days later he installed them. It wasn't a big repair, but I was very happy he could fix it and now I can easily use the window again. Thanks Tim!
