I found Scott’s company online and after meeting him in person for a quote, I knew we wanted to hire him for the job. We had an oil furnace, hot water tank and an ancient AC unit at the cottage in buckhorn that needed to be replaced. Scott was patient with us and answers all of our questions about the type of system that would best suit our needs. When we finally picked what we wanted, he scheduled an install date. Scott and his team showed up on time and got the job done in two days. Everyone was professional and kept the space tidy as they did their work.
The only hiccup that occurred was my fault - we had wanted the hot water tank tucked in a corner out of the way but we forgot to remind the team so it was installed where the old tank was. When I noticed the issue and pointed it out to Scott, he wanted us to be happy so he personally disconnected the hot water tank (which had been completely installed) and moved it into the corner. I thought that was such good customer service!!
Overall we are happy we went with O’Neill’s Home Heating and are looking forward to enjoying our new system!

Scott is a pleasure to deal with. Great at communications and follow up. When the unit we ordered wasn't available, he was quick to come up with another solution.

The installation was professional and they left the area clean and neat.

I am a senior with a husband with severe dementia trying to stay in our home. Scott came to assess my furnace which was making a terrible noise so bad I had to shut the furnace off. He went over and beyond to get me a new furnace plus all the parts which needed replaced as they were not to code now adays in 24hrs and had me set up with heat and a quiet new furnace. We got Scott and his team in to add vents in the orginal section of our house.

They had there hands full going threw 2 foundations in crawl spaces. Then laying on a dirt floor to add and connect the new vents.
Not one complaint from anyone they were great guys and hard working was really impressed with ethics.
They had to change orginal plan did it on the fly, completed everything on time and under the quote!

They just got a life time customer and will be recommending them to everyone for now on!

Called O'Neil's Home Heating on recommendation from a friend for my new gas fireplace. From the very beginning of the process all the people I dealt with from O'Neil's were excellent, extremely courteous and helpful. They arrived at my home exactly when they said they would and completed the installation in no time. They were very respectful and clean and they did an fantastic job, the fireplace works and looks great!

Although Scott never installed our Rheem system, when we had a problem with it and the original contractor was no longer in business he took the call and made the necessary repairs.
Since then we have had O'NEILL'S service our system as required and they have always been reliable.
Scott and his staff have been efficient and honest in their service and respectful of our home.
