Although Scott never installed our Rheem system, when we had a problem with it and the original contractor was no longer in business he took the call and made the necessary repairs. Since then we have had O'NEILL'S service our system as required and they have always been reliable. Scott and his staff have been efficient and honest in their service and respectful of our home. Thank-you for keeping our home comfortable.!
