First off, we would like to thank Gabrielle for coming into our home and making our experience with Renewal by Andersen so pleasurable. We have 45 windows to replace and we never once felt pressured to make a purchase. Everything about the Andersen process was explained to us in simple terms which made our decision to proceed with our replacement easy. Many thanks to Gabrielle and President Dave for taking the pain out of what can be a stressful, painstaking procedure for many people. We would definitely recommend Renewal by Andersen to our family and friends!

It was a wonderful experience dealing with my Design Consultant Gabrielle. She was very professional and very knowledgeable on the product. I am 100% pleased with the service of Renewal by Andersen. This is my 3rd quote but the best in terms of knowing the product line and I was very impressed that photos were taken of my home before she even knocked at my door. I used Renewal by Andersen to replace the bay window in my front room. From beginning to end it was a great experience. The salesman, Tom, was great, a really nice guy and he worked hard to get me the best price and even provided me, free of charge, to remove my shudders and replace them when the shutter place did not return my call. And the installers, Beka and David where very professional and speedy and cleaned up the area before they left. The install was done in about 5 hours and looks great. Highly recommend them.

We signed up for an appointment with Renewal By Andersen at the Toronto Home Show. Lisa, our sales person came at the right time and took her time showing us the window types and the many options that were available. This did take quite some time but we wanted to know exactly what we were purchasing, what would look best and what would provide long term energy savings as well as fit our budget. We were made clearly aware of the initial cost and were assisted to modify our ideas to best fit our needs and budget. These windows are not the cheapest but the build quality is high and we believe they will last a long time. After our purchase, Dmitriy came to properly measure our window space, then a 3 man crew consisting of Joe, Eakam and Danny came on the appointed installation day with our windows. This was a 2 day project and the crew worked hard (into the evening on day 2) and really did a wonderful, professional job. The fit and finishing is perfect, you can feel the quality as you slide them open and closed and they look great! Thanks to all!

The last window that needed replacing was our bay window (original from 1964). The whole process was fantastic. My wife went to the Home Show and left our name with the company. They contacted us the next day. Jason, design consultant, was very knowledgeable and led us through our design. Paul, the project manager, measured our windows and ensured that the windows would be installed when we wanted them. On installation day, Kyle and George, were very professional and ensured that the windows and outside window valance were installed perfectly. Had windows and doors installed by Anderson in 2018. For some reason the interior handle of the deadbolt came loose. I called Anderson and they had their tech Jacob come out the next morning to fix it so it wasn't a hassle .

My wife and I recently purchased an older house with tremendous character and potential. We have two young kids and one of the first items we needed to take care of was replacing the windows as significant drafts were coming in through the original wood windows that were past their prime.

I conducted a good amount of research and came across Renewal By Andersen through one of their TV spots. I was intrigued by the product composition and reached out to learn more.

I had an initial consultation booked with Craig and that's when this journey really began to take shape. Craig was tremendous--- knowledgeable, genuine, sincere and answered every single question (even when we asked it more than once) to ensure we had all the information needed prior to making the decision.

I met with a few companies but none took the time to make me as comfortable with this purchase as Craig did. He did a phenomenal job assisting with the design, the colours, the type of window for the various rooms, the measurements, confirming the schedule, explaining the warranty, everything--- this was a huge job and I can't thank Craig enough.

Once the design was complete, product ordered, schedule confirmed, the Installation Team showed up promptly, prepared and ready to get the job done. This Team was led by Igor who was a true professional--- experienced, customer focused, and a man of action. He and his Team were a pleasure to work with over the course of two days, with the installation completed exactly as I expected it to be and without any compromise whatsoever. The clean up at the end was as if they weren't even there and by the end of the installation, my windows were fully installed, fully operational and instantly had such a meaningful impact for my family and myself that we only had very positive feelings attached to this whole experience.

When you are considering a window replacement, and want top-notch quality through and through, you need look no further than Renewal by Andersen. This company wins on every single aspect worth considering for this type of project. You will read in other reviews that their prices are higher than some of the other products in market, but it is absolutely worth the added amount for the quality of experience, the quality of windows and the peace of mind knowing that you just bought the best windows out there and you wont have any problems with them for the rest of the time you are in your house.

A BIG thanks to everyone at this company who was involved in this project --- including the President who called to congratulate us at 11:30 at night once we had signed the deal with Craig! Just a really great customer experience and look forward to doing more work with them in the future!

We replaced the window and patio door in our master bedroom to hopefully keep the warm air in during the winter and keep the cold air in during the summer. Our old equipment was failing us miserably on both counts. Where Andersen is definately more expensive than other companies their sales pitch and demonstration on what their product can do for us was exemplary. Our installation team of Edgar, Juan and Jesus were courteous and very friendly. They did such a great installation that we are requesting them again when we replace two more bedroom windows in the fall. I am very hopeful that this summer our room will be cold!!

Prior to the ad on tv, I did not know anything about Renewal by Andersen Fibrex Windows. I was pleasantly surprised when Gabrielle visited and enlightened me to the quality of the product and the backup commitment to the order once it was placed and the installation by Nick and his team. A job well done! VERY IMPRESSED!
