Very happy with process A-Z. Installers Ivan & Alex, were very good and careful with my home. They answered all my questions and did a walk through with me at the end of the installation which I appreciated. Clean up was really good and impressive from installers. Gabrielle our Design Consultant was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. Paul the project manager measured our windows for the custom instal. Very happy with Renewal by Andersen and thank you for travelling to Guelph to my home.

I was very impressed with our salesman. He explained everything and worked with us to give us the best deal possible. Once the order went in it was completed faster than I had originally been told. The installation was quick and efficient. I had mentioned I did not think the screen would stand up to our large dog and was told if it got torn they would install the pet screen if we bought one. Within the first 10 days the screen had a hole so we picked up a pet screen and it was changed promptly and looks great.

We were impressed with Renewal By Andersen's service from the initial contact through to the after service follow-up. The initial contact with the sales representative, through to the actual measuring of the windows, to the installation was thorough and never rushed. We were given detailed explanations throughout the process, consulted with to ensure our satisfaction, and each person we dealt with was friendly and well informed. Every window fit perfectly and the installation team of Luiz, Andre and Leandro were experienced, hard working, friendly, and took the time to watch out for our pets. The work areas were cleaned up after the installation, and the installers kept their work areas very clean. They arrived on time and began their work right away. Paul Amato not only measure our windows, but came out during the installation to ensure everything was progressing smoothly and we were happy with the job. We have had several neighbours comment on how the windows improve the appearance of our home and even had a real estate agent come and ask to sell our home the evening of the installation. We would recommend Renewal by Andersen to all of our family and friends.

The install team is here finishing up and I am so impressed. They are professional, tidy, helpful, polite and trustworthy. They answered all my questions throughout the install and encouraged me to look at the workmanship carefully. They take pride in their work and are very meticulous. My new windows and Bow Window is beyond what I expected. Having new windows and a 5 Window Bow has been a dream and came to reality when we met Gabrielle at Renewal by Andersen. She demonstrated the product to us and we trusted her. The Fibrex can not be compared to vinyl or other materials. The installers, Stan, Peter, Vladimir, Mike, Alex, Vinny are professional and reliable. Our project manager, Dimitry always followed up to make sure that the project is going well and smooth. This is our first time using Renewal by Andersen for two kitchen windows. We were pleased with the knowledge of the product by our Sales Consultant. We were confident that we would receive a quality, long lasting product. We trust that should anything need servicing with our windows the company will stand by their warranty. He was very professional in his manner and very thorough with his walk through of the window function and proper care.
