Renewal By Andersen Of Greater Toronto

This is our first time using Renewal by Andersen for two kitchen windows. We were pleased with the knowledge of the product by our Sales Consultant. We were confident that we would receive a quality, long lasting product. We trust that should anything need servicing with our windows the company will stand by their warranty. Other reviews of Renewal by Andersen have said the same so we trust the sales team and the company associates. We had Kyle and his team do the physical installation. He was very professional in his manner and very thorough with his walk through of the window function and proper care. He spoke about the exceptional warranty his company offers but stressed we can be assured we are getting a quality window. Follow up phone calls were made to ensure we were happy with the windows we received. I would recommend Renewal by Andersen.

We just had our windows replaced not only do we feel and hear a difference in the rooms but from the sales rep Craig to the installation crew Joe and Eakam it was a very pleasant experiance. I have never experienced such great customer service and hard workers. We love our windows.

Peter, Volodya, Vasile (and their lead installer Stan) were exceptional. Over a two-day period they installed 11 windows and left our home spotless and looking gorgeous inside and out. Salt, snow, mud and ice were outside but never brought inside, which we really appreciated. We've worked with Renewal by Anderson before ($13 000) and always feel good about the investment. And yes, both projects were BIG numbers and both projects have completely changed the look and vibe (and value) of our home. Our house feels immediately more sealed and warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Lovely, friendly staff from sales rep to phone schedulers to installers to the prez himself. Happy to see the company thriving. They deserve success and praise.

Replacement windows and sliding doors were installed by Ivan and Daniel. Excellent workmanship and they got the job done efficiently and in one day! We were so pleased. Ivan was the lead installer and worked diligently to achieve an outstanding result. Cleanup was the best we’ve ever had from a contractor. Many thanks to Andersen from the sale to the measurement to the install. Couldn’t be happier.

From the first meeting with George, Renewal By Andersen has been a first class organization that has stood by their products and service guarantee.

We replaced windows in 11 openings, added a storm door onto the back door and added dark bronze aluminum framing around our front door to match the exterior colour of our new windows.

The installation took place over three visits, with the majority of the heavy lifting -- the actual window replacements -- taking place during the first. In all components of the installations the installation crews were exceptional in their craft, and super friendly.

Each window was installed with excellence, and we ended up with nice, deep window sills and much thicker trim that was installed to perfection. The trim was even custom cut vertically in a tight spot so that a sliding closet door could still close without obstruction. We had some initial minor difficulty with our storm door and it was fully addressed -we love it now, and it gave us a true sense of how the company deals with issues that pop up.

Every time a question or concern came up, it was fully addressed, explained and/or rectified, with no push-back whatsoever.

They are not the cheapest company out there but this is one case where I believe you get what you pay for, and they are not aggressively trying to sell you things you don't need - I was talked out of many "like to have's" during our consultations - things that would have been more profitable for the company to do. They even cleared up misconceptions I had about more energy efficient windows, making it very clear what their products do and do not do (I was assuming superior sound insulation, for example).

Even now, both George and Jeff are very attentive whenever I have questions about the product, and George checked in frequently post installation to make sure things were still a-ok.

This review is being composed close to eight months after the installation so this is not a honeymoon period - it's a time-tested review after reserving judgment until I could see the windows perform in all seasons.

Excellent presentation by Michael.He fully explained the type of windows that we would get and gave us options for payment. It was followed up by a call from the office telling us when the windows would be installed and they came as stated on the date despite the inclement weather (January 29th). The installation team, Joe & Eakam did a fantastic job and cleaned up on completion. Both my husband and myself are completely pleased with the durability and beauty of our windows

We had 2 kitchen windows, I hall window and a landing window installed today. In spite of extremely cold weather, Joe, Eakam and Danny got everything done well while being cheerful and friendly as well. Joe went over the operation of each window with us and these gentlemen cleaned up so well you wouldn't know they had been here!
This is the third time we have used Renewal by Andersen- 3 bedroom windows and patio doors and we have been very pleased with all the work done. We would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality, personal service and great-looking products.

Very happy with our new windows from Renewal by Anderson. The whole experience for my wife and I from start to finish was amazing. Kyle Dias our sales rep was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable knowing that the windows we purchased will be a quality investment for our home for many years. We had 5 windows installed, one of which changed an old patio door to a large sliding window. They all look fantastic and the rooms with these new windows are noticeably warmer now! Looking forward to getting the rest of our windows replaced in the future.

We had all the windows in our home replaced and the experience exceeded anything I could have imagined. The sales process was comfortable and informative. The crew that was lead by Dominic and Marco were knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Despite the challenges of removing glass block an vinyl cladding some challenging areas they were amazing through the whole process. Thank you!!!

We recently got our windows done and they are AMAZING. Kyle (Sales) was extremely helpful in explaining the process and addressed all of our questions and concerns. We had a cold draft coming in our bedroom windows and he explained what may have been the cause and the difference between what we had and what this company would put in. Igor and his men did an excellent job on the installation day. Everything was done neat and precise, they answered all our questions and even showed us how to properly clean and open the windows. This company did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting their windows done as you will be very satisfied. My family and I are extremely happy with the final product and cannot wait to get more windows done!
