Renewal By Andersen Of Greater Toronto

We made an appointment at the home show to get a quote for 5 replacement windows. Cornel Cohen came to the house and measured and priced, and thoroughly explained Anderson windows. Peter & Vinny came about a month later and installed the windows in 1 day. They took away the old windows and all the garbage, and left things very tidy. We are pleased with the windows. During installation, one of the locks on a casement needed to be replaced. Service technician, Jacob Raghoonath,
had it fixed very quickly, and was very pleasant to talk to.

Did not plan on replacing windows this year but the deals offered from the home show, the product reviews and the details of the sales presentation led us to change our renovation timeline. Ben and Derrick went out of their way to ensure the installation process went smoothly. They were friendly, polite and answered all questions. Ben made a call and had a discrepancy with the paperwork resolved immediately. The path to the work area was protected and everything was cleaned up after. Windows look great.

Excellent workmanship, very clean work. My windows are the best in the neighbourhood. Will recommend Renewal by Andersen to everyone.

I needed new windows and saw an ad on CityTV. I called Andersen and booked an appointment. The project Manager gave me the information necessary to make an informed decision. The windows were recently installed and I am very pleased and looking forward to lower energy costs in the fall/winter months.

Needed screen doors to be installed on current slider doors. Jacob did an excellent job, he was great at troubleshooting and kindly checked all other sliding doors and adjusted as required. We also needed to have our outdoor furniture go out on the deck, however the sliding door opening was not wide enough... Jacob took the door off and managed to get our furniture on the deck. Now that is service beyond!

I needed to replace my almost 30 year old windows. I attended the Toronto Home Show and spoke with several window suppliers. I got estimates from 3 and was most impressed with the Andersen product. They were not the least expensive but the combination of the quality and warranties (on both the windows and installation) were the deciding factors. The installation team (Nick and Alex) were excellent and the job was completed in two days. My only comment/slight complaints were that I was told several times it would be only a one day job but it was, in fact a two day job. I also felt the installation team did no manage expectations with regard to when they would be arriving each morning. Once they got here...they worked very hard and did excellent work. I have since discovered a cut in one of the screens...have contacted the company and a new screen is on order.

Had great service from sales to installation to last visit from Jacob to address a small leak in one window. Turns out it was not an Andersen issue but one from a ledge above the new window. Jacob caulked a crack and finished off two other edges for me. He went above and beyond what I would have expected. Fantastic service!

Not only is this a beautiful window and expertly installed but the young men from Kyle's team we're very personable, the first thing they did when they arrived was to introduce themselves and shake my hand and look me in the eye I was instantly impressed. When Kyle ran me through the operation the window and showed me everything he noticed that the screen was a little tight and said he would order a new one I would bring it round when it was done. They put drop sheets all the way for my front door to the work area and my dining room and then cleaned up all the dust and vacuumed, you would never know they were here

We just had 10 windows fitted and we are really happy with the quality. Johnathan was our design consultant and Dmitriy came out for the measurements. The installation was done by Joe, Eakam and Danny who all worked well together over the two days. From a homeowners point of view, they worked very professionally, keeping things tidy as they worked throughout the house, had a very good standard of workmanship and were pleasant to deal with.

First off, we would like to thank Gabrielle for coming into our home and making our experience with Renewal by Andersen so pleasurable. We have 45 windows to replace and we never once felt pressured to make a purchase. Everything about the Andersen process was explained to us in simple terms which made our decision to proceed with our replacement easy. Many thanks to Gabrielle and President Dave for taking the pain out of what can be a stressful, painstaking procedure for many people.
