I am very satisfied with the product and the installation of my patio door. Matt and Corey were both friendly and professional. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased with the final product. They cleaned up nicely and were very respectful of my home. From initial consultation, measurement & install the process was seamless and straight forward. We had the privilege of working with Jonathan, our sales agent. Extremely happy with the new windows - they are gorgeous! The whole process went smoothly from the initial consultation to the completion of the windows being fitted. We saw the ad on TV for this product, and felt we needed to replace 3 windows, Once the salesperson (Gabrielle) presented us with al the facts about the quality of the product, and the warranty on both the product and the installation, we decided to replace all of our windows and patio doors. The installation went very smoothly. The installers were very tidy, polite and efficient, and we are very happy with the end result. Several neighbours have come to ask us what company we used!

I’ve done the best investment for my house, using Renewal by Andersen. My new windows look stunning, cooler and bigger. All the crew were professional and neat (Juan, Jesus and Edgar), they took care of every little details to make sure my windows are properly installed. Once they were done Justin (Project Manager.) arrived and help the crew to sweep, that is teamwork! And finally Jason (Senior Designer Consultant) made a visit to also inspect the job done which of course made my family happy. I recommend Renewal by Andersen

Despite the lofty cost compared to any vinyl quote we received, my wife and I took the plunge and replaced our upper level windows and the sliding back door. Keith, our salesman, was very professional and his passion for the product was clear. Keith deserves all the credit in the world for this sale and should be commended for a job well done! Our install crew of Ivan and Alex were top notch! They arrived when they said they would, didn’t mind me asking a bunch of questions or watching the demolition and install process and made sure that my wife and I were happy with this investment. Again, they aren’t cheap, but I feel confident in saying that we paid for a quality product and installation!!!

We regret buying this product. Sliding door does not open. Sliding windows do not close. The first sliding door took entire weight tugging on the door. Second door not much better we were given silicon to help We are completely stuck now and have leave the window open. We taken too much time and too much money. This an on going super frustrating experience. Do not go with this company. Sloppy workmanship and product that doesn’t work properly

Jacob is amazing!!! He has been here twice- because I mentioned an issue and he jumped on fixing it just had to wait for parts
They are so lucky to have such an awesome hard working employee that goes above and beyond for their customers! Will keep people coming back and make me spread the positive word. Price set as 0 because under warranty
