We saw the ad on TV for this product, and felt we needed to replace 3 windows, Once the salesperson (Gabrielle) presented us with al the facts about the quality of the product, and the warranty on both the product and the installation, we decided to replace all of our windows and patio doors. The installation went very smoothly. The installers were very tidy, polite and efficient, and we are very happy with the end result. Several neighbours have come to ask us what company we used!
