This company has excellent windows but that’s about it. The first installation crew made a mess of the house. They did not cover any furniture including my bed. At the end of the day my bed was covered in sawdust along with everything else. I was told by the salesman Trevor that everything would be covered and vacuumed and cleaned up nice. Another problem was that a window and some trim were not ready for installation as one window was damaged and the trim needed to be a special order. On top of that the patio screen door was installed upside down and there was a defect in the patio door. The patio screen door was eventually fixed on a service call. Next came the 2nd install date. The wrong window was ordered and I wasted another day that I had to take off of work. Eventually they got things right on their end and installed the proper window and replaced the defective patio door with me taking another day off of work. I will say the last work crew knew how to work properly. They covered what needed to be covered and cleaned up after themselves. Overall I am satisfied with the windows and patio door. The service end from the salesman Trevor all the way to the installation crew needs to be improved. For the amount of money spent you would expect better service. I’m very disappointed!

They very curtios friendly and explained everything that was going happen. They answered all our questions, very professional. They made us feel like we had nothing to worry, the whole house had all the windows replaced all in 1 day and what a difference there beautiful and elegant. They make the house that much nicer and efficient.well done guys no we can sit back and enjoy are new windows. We highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

I noticed a slight warp in the hermetic seal of one of the windows and asked Anderson for an opinion. Jacob their technician promptly came to examine the problem and without hesitation ordered a new replacement window. There was no speculation or hesitation just a new window within a short time. A very pleasant experience.

We noticed a small leak at the site of a previous window installation. A call to the company was responded to immediately. We had the good fortune to have Jacob Ragoonath, visit our home diagnose the problem and deal with it immediately. He incidentally noted that a sliding door was heavy to open and close and he adjusted settings to accommodate that issue. Mr. Ragoonath was polite personable and very professional.

"Renewal by Andersen" replaced two of our patio sliding doors this spring. The whole process - from the initial sales pitch to the final installed product - was very professionally conducted, efficient and satisfactory, mind you a bit expensive for what it is. The sales person, Tim Anderson, was convincing, thorough, knowledgeable and sensible. The installation team, led by George Dajo, did a fairly clean, precise and problem-free installation after removal of the older units, mind you it took more hours than we expected. Their service technician, Jacob Raghoonath, was very thorough in ensuring all was functioning properly after there was a problem with the screens. Altogether, a competent team that I would like to relay my appreciation to in this review. Of course, how good all will be one or two years from now is the real unknown... I am hoping for the best!

We just had our windows replaced by Renewal by Andersen and they are great. Our first night you could tell such a difference, our home is on a main street and we are use to the noise but once the windows were put in it cut out the noise so much and we could feel the difference in the temperature of or rooms. Our home is a very old home and our installers Joe, Eakam and Danny did an amazing job. They were very meticulous with their installation and made sure that the windows were put in level and in working order and they cleaned up after themselves as they went from room to room. They were very polite and answered all our questions and took the time to explain each step of installation to us. Once all the window were put in they showed all of us the functions of the window and made sure we could do them on our own before they left. THANK YOU Joe, Eakam and Danny you are AMAZING installers!!! You worked late into the evening to make sure everything was done right, we would recommend you to anyone.

discovered renewal by andersen at the toronto home show and it was the only window company there that took the time to explain the company and product details, had Kyle come out and give a great presentation of the windows and doors as we only wanted to replace 3 front windows but decided we would do the whole house at once, installation team did a terrific job and got it done in one day even by staying late on a friday long weekend! had some minor scuffing in 2 windows and Jacob took care of it even by replacing one of the window sashes, overall very happy with the end result even though it was a very expensive job we still get comments on how nice the new windows look!

Very happy about the quality of the install and the installers. The windows have changed the air quality inside my house. I do not have to turn on my Air Conditioner as often. The temperature stays consistent during the hot summer months. I absolutely love the look of my Sandtone Bay Window and Windows. Gabrielle was absolutely wonderful to work with, helpful and my husband and I felt comfortable and we trusted her and the company.
