One of the screens that came with the window was slightly warped and didn’t fit as flush as it should. Nathan came out and had a look within a day and ordered the replacement free of charge. He ordered two in fact to ensure both sides were perfect! Great service, great timely install and I highly recommend this company for your window replacement needs!!

Despite the lofty cost compared to any vinyl quote we received, my wife and I took the plunge and replaced our upper level windows and the sliding back door. Keith, our salesman, was very professional and his passion for the product was clear. Keith deserves all the credit in the world for this sale and should be commended for a job well done! Our install crew of Ivan and Alex were top notch! They arrived when they said they would, didn’t mind me asking a bunch of questions or watching the demolition and install process and made sure that my wife and I were happy with this investment. Again, they aren’t cheap, but I feel confident in saying that we paid for a quality product and installation!!!
