We needed drapes for the spare bedroom that had a bit of a complication as there was a bulkhead in the way. Not only did Valerie recommend a fabulous idea to overcome this complication, she also met us in the evenings to accommodate our schedules. She was also very patient with us as we did not really have any idea about the style of the drapes and material that we wanted. The instal was quick and the end product looks fabulous. Would definitely recommend! We opted for blackout blinds in our bedroom, one of the black out shades came with a small hole (manufacturer flaw -not Valerie’s fault) but she handled it extremely professionally and had the situation fixed for us and new blind installed within days. I found Valerie through Homestars and saw that she had excellent reviews. I had a unique challenge with finding window blinds for my newly renovated kitchen because of the configuration of the 3 windows and 1 patio door. I had been to many stores and no one could find a suitable solution. Then I contacted Valerie and she was able to figure out what was best. Initially Valerie and I spoke on the phone and I sent her photos of my kitchen. She then came to my house with an abundant amount of samples, and she was very very patient and helpful in working with me to select styles and colours. Her prices are very reasonable.
