Met Valerie at the National Home Show. We were instantly impressed with her professionalism and pleasant disposition. She was very helpful with suggestions and her product knowledge was excellent. Valerie was also very accommodating at some last minute changes on our part, and was readily available to answer any questions and offer advice when we were unsure of which decision(s) to make.
