We had a great experience with Valerie from the start - she was professional, thoughtful and provided great suggestions for our newly renovated house and our mass amount of windows. She was mindful of the design aesthetic we wanted to keep and also our budget - we love the end result. The installer Dwayne - was super efficient, tidy and just a nice guy making times and dates work for our busy family. Thank you both for a great experience - you are both highly recommended!

Val was great to deal with. She patiently went over various options with me including the numerous colour options available. She took the time to explain the benefits of each of the blinds and I never felt any pressure to buy something I didn't want. She said she wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The installer came to measure the windows and 4 weeks later he came back to install them. They look great and have received numerouse good comments from friends saying the same thing.

I would definetly deal with Val again for any other window coverings I may need!

I desperately needed window coverings for my condo living room. Elfie came to my home and she is very pleasant and knowledgeable. She was also patient as I decided what I wanted. Also, Steve, the installer, is a gentleman.

I bought the Hunter Douglas Ultra Glide window coverings. They complement my new sofa and love seat. I now have privacy in my home and I can control the amount of light.
