Ryan, John and Matt were professional, and very informative. The work was done well and everything explained and cleaned before they left.

Furnace Solutions is the perfect example of people serving people. To find a company these days that haven't forgotten what quality over quantity really means is very rare.
When Ryan showed up, professionalism was exceptional. He listened to what we wanted and not what would be beneficial for Furnace Solutions. He then gave us our options, recommendations and we made our decision.
That was the easy part though, the installation was still a little concerning for me as I'm very meticulous when it comes to finishes. When Jon showed up, he went over the complete installation process and was very knowledgable about the product he was installing. Not once did I ask him something and him not have the answer. He would take the time to make sure I understood my unit. Reviewed everything with me in the end and with my Nest thermostat. Ryan, Jon and the rest of the team at Furnace Solutions, thank you for yet another flawlessly executed job and maintaining the high standards across the industry.

Even though it down poured and was terribly muddy for the guys to work, they figured it out and made sure not to track mud in our brand new house while installing the air conditioning! Matthew and John were great - thanks guys... John even helped unload and life some heavy things in to the house so my 9 month pregnant butt didn't have to. Haha. Would recommend them to our neighbours for sure!

Ryan who was out to look at my furnace/AC problem and give estimate was the only company out of 5 that actually mentioned probable AC issues.
All others were just in a hurry to sell me new furnace ... Which I did end up needing and Furnace solutions won with their estimate.
The installers (Tim and Mitch) were fast, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
Very happy with whole process from start to finish. Excellent job by all.
