I recently had furnace solutions come to my home for a quote along with many other company's. By far the best price out there and the salesman was the best to deal with out of any other company that stepped foot inside my home. The installers Mathew and Jon did a outstanding job and were very polite and knowledgable about the work that was being preformed. As to the performance of my new tankless water heater, I can't describe in words on the way in throws hot water out of the shower and it's never ending, me and my family could not be more satisfied with the product that was installed. So if your going to choose a HVAC company in the Edmonton and surrounding areas I would stop here and book with furnace solutions today they truly are a blessing, me and my family will be recommending them to all and using them in the near future.

The installers did a great job. They left all wires & connections very nest & tidy. They were professional. Great job guys. We also had Ryan respond to a service call. Ryan was also very professional & efficient. He was able to diagnose the problem & correct it quickly. Great job everyone.

Ryan came out to give us a quote the day after I called to book it, arrived on time, and provided a clear and thorough explanation of everything that we needed to know. He showed photos of other work they've done, explained how they determine the required cooling capacity, explained the differences between the four units he quoted, and didn't pressure us in any way to make a purchase or to prefer the more expensive options. Being an experienced installer himself, he was able to quickly assess how difficult the installation would be, and made notes to share with the installers later. It was nice that Ryan took the time to talk about how the company rewards their employees for delivering great service, and how customer satisfaction comes before everything else.

Tim and Mitch did the installation, and were friendly and professional throughout their time at our house. They arrived exactly on time, and finished well within the time window that they specified up front. The pride they take in their work is obvious in everything they did. The quality of the work is the best I have seen, they took the time to walk us through everything, both inside and outside the house, and they explained how to keep the unit running efficiently. They even cleaned up some existing HVAC work that had been done poorly.

As a follow-up, I recently requested a service visit, as my furnace fan seemed to be malfunctioning. It turned out that the malfunction had nothing to do with the installation of the AC unit by Furnace Solutions. Yet, the customer service offered by Ryan and Scott from Furnace Solutions went above and beyond what one could reasonably expect. I ended up having to go through my furnace installer -- not Furnace Solutions -- to have the malfunctioning part replaced as the part was still under warranty and the problem was not the fault of Furnace Solutions. Yet, Furnace Solutions was willing to diagnose the problem free of charge. What turned out to be a negative experience with the other company further demonstrated that Furnace Solutions offers a far superior experience to its customers. Another job well done by Furnace Solutions! I would continue to highly recommend Furnace Solutions if you want to experience superior customer service.
