Hans has been maintaining our furnace and A/C for about four years. He has always been reliable with regard to time, thorough and technically knowledgable. When he initially advised about a year ago, and repeated the caution a week or so ago, that the heat exchanger was looking stressed, he told us without pressure that we should consider upgrading to a high efficiency furnace. We did not want to find ourselves without heat if the furnace broke down on the coldest day.
The replacement with a Napoleon furnace went quickly and very efficiently - installers were excellent. Polite, informative and cleaned up well at the end. It is a pleasure to find such good service. Hans arrived as the installation was completed and checked it out. No problems at all.

The guys at Canadian Heating and Air Conditioning are great! While some of their competitors try to sell us high-cost monthly rentals and unnecessary improvements, this company sold us exactly what we wanted and at a great price. They were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The installation was on time. The installer was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and clean. They promised a 3-hour installation and that's what we got. Later that day, the service rep dropped by and did a quality check on the installation. He answered all our questions too. What a great company! I highly recommend them.

Excellent service! I called Canadian Heating and Air-Conditioning after viewing the ratings and positive comments on HomeStars…and they certainly lived up to my high expectations! We needed to have my mom’s furnace and “troublesome” humidifier inspected to ensure everything was operating properly. Hans, the technician is great! He is very knowledgeable and informative not to mention... polite and personable. He explained the furnace problems, made the repairs and provided a walk-through of what he had done. We called Hans as the furnace stopped working. He came within the hour and was able to get the furnace working and the heat back on. Another furnace inspector misdiagnosed the problem stating we just need new filters.

We have been waiting for the day when we would be told to replace our very old furnace and when that day finally came we were very happy with the service we received from Canadian. Will definitely recommend them in the future.
