Hans has been maintaining our furnace and A/C for about four years. He has always been reliable with regard to time, thorough and technically knowledgable. When he initially advised about a year ago, and repeated the caution a week or so ago, that the heat exchanger was looking stressed, he told us without pressure that we should consider upgrading to a high efficiency furnace. We did not want to find ourselves without heat if the furnace broke down on the coldest day. The replacement with a Napoleon furnace went quickly and very efficiently - installers were excellent. Polite, informative and cleaned up well at the end. It is a pleasure to find such good service. Hans arrived as the installation was completed and checked it out. No problems at all.
