Heard from them right away after posting the request. Set an appointment for a few days later. Got call before they arrived which was very nice. Very courteous over the phone and in person. Very knowledgeable as well. I appreciate the good work they did and would definitely call them again.

They came on short notice and Andrew did an excellent job. He carefully and properly installed the faucets and cleaned up well after the job was complete. Also their cost was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend and use again.

I decided to call Pristine Plumbing after seeing all the glowing reports of the excellent service received by those that contracted their services. To say that they exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. My call to Pristine was picked up by 'Daniel' who was extremely accommodating, I told him we had just moved into a new to us Condo and both of the Toilets were not flushing properly. He set me up with an appointment on the Thursday after my call, I was very pleased, to say the least. 'Andrew,' the Plumber assigned to my issue was pleasant, thorough and wasn't satisfied that his assignment was finished, until he did his own meticulous quality control checks. Andrew not only took away the old Toilets, he also cleaned up all the residue from the packaging and took that away with him also. Our kitchen sink was draining very slowly and the water was backing up. My wife and I decided to try Pristine Plumbing based on their excellent rating and reviews with Homestars. Daniel returned my call right away and was able to accommodate our request for an appointment within a few days. We are very happy with the service we received from Michael, who arrived promptly at 8:00 on the day of the appointment. Michael was friendly, honest and efficient. He listened to our concerns before assessing the situation and providing us with a fair quote. In no time he cleaned out our kitchen drainage pipe and completely cleared the clog, while keeping us informed along the way. He even provided tips on what we could do to prevent future problems and areas we should keep an eye on. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and no mess was left. The price we paid was very reasonable; about half the price of what a plumber from a different company charged for clearing the drain clog two years ago. Michael from Pristine Plumbing did a more thorough job and even installed a bathroom faucet that we provided and tested our water pressure without charging extra. I highly recommend Pristine Plumbing and will definitely use them again if needed in the future.

We had to have a new sub pump and a new drainage system installed to replace an older system we had.

Daniel and his team were very professional. They completed the work on schedule and as agreed to and continually kept me up to date on what they were doing.

They also ensured that the site area was kept clean throughout the installation process. A pleasure to deal with.

Pristine Plumbing (Daniel) was very prompt at returning phone calls and I was able to book them in within a few days. Daniel called me the morning of my appointment to confirm they would be coming out. Andrew was the one assigned to the job - he was prompt when he arrived and was very thorough. Their first step was to go through all my requests and concerns then do up a quote. I approved the quote then Andrew ran out to the get the necessary parts and quickly returned. All throughout the work, he explained what he was doing to ensure I understood and provided tips along the way for me going forward. The job included fixing a leak, removing an old garbage disposal unit, and converting the plumbing beneath for regular sink usage. Andrew also raised the plumbing below the sink to allow for more use of the cupboard space for storage, at no extra charge. Other work included removing sludge, replacing hoses, and stabilizing a wobbly faucet. Andrew's customer service was excellent and Pristine Plumbing make use of current technology with their quote approval and invoicing all done right on the spot with an iPad. I was able to pay easily with my credit card and received my receipt by email very shortly thereafter. I can't say anything negative about Pristine Plumbing! I will for sure be calling them again for any future plumbing needs and I highly recommend them!

We called in for service around 11:30 am and Daniel showed up around 1:30 the same day. Fixed the toilet issue and gave us an easy fix to another small issue that we can take care of ourselves. Fantastic service. We would definitely recommend Pristine to our friends and family.

Came same day at time that was promised. Very efficient, professional, thorough and friendly. Explained what was to be done and was very quick about it. Ensured the area was cleaned when finished.

While there, I asked Andrew to look at another issue and he spent about 20 minutes trying to fix. In the end, couldn't fix and didn't even charge me for the time. Daniel even called me back to discuss what the next steps are in case the issue worsened. I appreciated their honesty in providing to ensure I had solutions instead of ensuring they had a future service call. Don't find that very often these days.

Daniel and Andrew of Pristine Plumbing were so kind, efficient, and reliable when they recently replaced my broken water-main. I was heading out the front door when I noticed water leaking up between the concrete slabs of my walk-way. Daniel had replaced my hot-water tank a year ago, and I was happy with his work. So, I called Pristine Plumbing to see if they could help me out. Daniel called me back right away and came to assess the situation. After consulting with me and providing a reasonable quote, he quickly coordinated his team, even though it was a long-weekend. Andrew arrived exactly on time the very next day and started digging right away. They both worked extremely hard all day long, conquering a problem with my extra-thick foundation. Everything was fixed within a day; I was so relieved that the situation was rectified so quickly. In the near future, I will need to have my drain-pipes cleared. Of course, I will be calling Pristine Plumbing to do this work. I cannot recommend them enough. Pristine Plumbing will be my "go to" plumber from now on! Thank-you, Daniel and Andrew!
