Came same day at time that was promised. Very efficient, professional, thorough and friendly. Explained what was to be done and was very quick about it. Ensured the area was cleaned when finished. While there, I asked Andrew to look at another issue and he spent about 20 minutes trying to fix. In the end, couldn't fix and didn't even charge me for the time. Daniel even called me back to discuss what the next steps are in case the issue worsened. I appreciated their honesty in providing to ensure I had solutions instead of ensuring they had a future service call. Don't find that very often these days. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend. Pristine will be the first ones I call for any future problems.
