I am glad that Daniel can come within 2 days of fixing my garburator. I was afraid that the leak might cause some flooding in my neighbor right below from my apartment floor. I called at dec 30 and was surprised that Daniel can come on January 1. He also got the part to replace and was fast in fixing them. I'm satisfied hiring Pristine Plumbing and will continue to be their customers for more to come. P.S. Daniel also cleaned my wardrobe that was filled with the leaks. Much appreciated.

We had an excellent experience with Pristine and highly recommend their services. We had a clogged toilet (seemingly from a dog bone of all things; especially curious since we don't have a dog) and Pristine was able to attend within a few hours of my call. Andrew arrived and was very friendly and professional and laid out what we could expect in terms of service charges right from the start. Unfortunately, augering didn't do the trick so he did have to remove the toilet, and explained what he suspected might have been a wax seal issue the could be causing the problem. That seemed to be a contributing factor, aside from the random bone. Once the toilet was off and the drain cleared out, the toilet was quickly reset with a new wax ring. Andrew kept everything super clean and even took away our bathroom garbage bag to dispose of it. Hopefully we won't be needing plumbing services again anytime soon, but if we do in the future we will definitely call Pristine. A neighbour recommended them on the Share New West Facebook group so I'll be sure to let them know their recommendation was top notch.

I phoned Pristine Plumbing in the morning, and they were able to help me that afternoon. Andrew picked up the toilet I needed from the wholesalers, calling to check on some specifications, and to give me an estimate of arrival time. He was right on time. He came in, masked and gloved, and did the job in less than 2 hours, cleaned up after himself and took everything away. I was thrilled.

My laundry box shut off valve is ancient and no longer shut off water. Called Pristine on a Thursday late afternoon, came the next morning and did all the work. Clean work and explained everything in detail, making sure we know what we are getting. Top notch team and a great owner. If you need plumbing work, definitely call Pristine. This is not the first job they did for me, I am a repeat customer. Daniel the owner is a great guy and really works with the customer.

I received polite customer service, they showed up on time, gave me upfront information about the fix, and did the repairs to my satisfaction.

Daniel and his team did a fantastic job helping to repair a section of our drain tile. Would highly recommend them to anyone having plumbing or drainage issues. Very professional and friendly.

Andrew was outstanding, we are so grateful for all he did replacing our hot water tank. He was so friendly, professional, clean, and was very accommodating and helpful. I emailed Daniel of Pristine Drainage and Pluming, and received a response within the hour. He made time available the very next morning to come down and have a look with with his camera scope.
Daniel and his assistant Andrew arrived at our door bang on time, with masks on and ready to go.
They were great! Daniel had no problem with my wife and I hovering over his shoulder the entire time he was here. Daniel was very informative, and easy to interact with. He was very happy to show us what he was seeing with his camera, and explaining what he was looking for and what we were looking at.
We made and appointment for the following week to get the work done. Some of the drainage tiles were fully blocked and needed replacing, then the entire system was flushed.
Daniel said it would be a two maybe three day job. They were finished in a day and half! They worked hard and efficiently. I was at work myself while they were here, my wife was at home, and she felt very comfortable having them here without me.
I would highly recommend Daniel, of Pristine Drainage and Pluming to anyone that needs to have work done.
