Pristine Plumbing & Drainage

We had an excellent experience with Pristine and highly recommend their services. We had a clogged toilet (seemingly from a dog bone of all things; especially curious since we don't have a dog) and Pristine was able to attend within a few hours of my call. Andrew arrived and was very friendly and professional and laid out what we could expect in terms of service charges right from the start. Unfortunately, augering didn't do the trick so he did have to remove the toilet, and explained what he suspected might have been a wax seal issue the could be causing the problem. That seemed to be a contributing factor, aside from the random bone. Once the toilet was off and the drain cleared out, the toilet was quickly reset with a new wax ring. Andrew kept everything super clean and even took away our bathroom garbage bag to dispose of it. Hopefully we won't be needing plumbing services again anytime soon, but if we do in the future we will definitely call Pristine. A neighbour recommended them on the Share New West Facebook group so I'll be sure to let them know their recommendation was top notch.
