We had a blockage on our sanitation line and called to see if we could get service the same day and Daniel came exactly when he said he would that day. He provided amazing service getting a tough job done. I am really happy with their service and pricing. He provided a price and did the job for the price he quoted. We have used them before and I am so happy I called them again to provide this service. Do not hesitate to call them.

Jan 2021 Update: I called on Pristine again when I needed my new refrigerator's water line hooked up, the toilet flange fixed and a leaky laundry tub faucet replaced. Andrew came by at the appointment time, did an assessment of all the requested work, and found some of my shutoff valves also needed to be replaced. He gave me an estimate, outlined the work, left to pick up the required parts and returned quickly to start the repairs. Andrew was very friendly and thoughtfully took the time to describe his work. He picked up a taller wax ring for the toilet because he noticed the higher clearance of the newer toilet I had installed last year. Also, he picked up a new faucet with blade handles because I had mentioned my elderly mother had problems turning off the old faucet and felt this would be easier for her to use (which is it). Great service again! I am definitely calling Pristine again for any plumbing issues!

Oct 2020: I spoke with Daniel on the phone about my hot water tank replacement. He was friendly and patient as we went over various options. He sent me an estimate and after a few emails we scheduled the job.

Daniel and his colleague arrived masked and on time. They explained what the job would entail, asked if I had any questions, and then got started. I appreciated that they laid down cardboard on the floor to keep things as clean as possible. When they finished the installation, Daniel showed me how to operate the unit and how to drain the tank, if necessary. He asked if I had any other plumbing issues, big or small, that I wanted him to take a look at before they left which I appreciated. Luckily, I had nothing to report.

They were professional, polite friendly and just easy to deal with! I will definitely call them again if I have any plumbing issues.

Fast, friendly, masked and professional. Hot water tank. Great price, about 10% less than the big outfits, and a bit more than the friend of a friend who might get it done over next weekend... if it isn't sunny.

Pristine Plumbing was able to come in promptly (next business day) to replace our hot water tank after it burst on a weekend. They were punctual, polite, professional and a pleasure to do business with.

They removed the moderate puddle of water that had pooled on the cement floor as well, making the drying-out process afterwards easier for us. They walked me through the controls on the new tank.

They were also able to replace some hardware inside the shower wall behind the handle that had broken at the same time. I had thought the shower not working was related to the hot water tank bursting, but it turned out to be a coincidence. They were able to fit us in to their busy schedule promptly for this additional repair, which I greatly appreciated.

All in all a top experience, I would not hesitate to call them again.

Daniel and Michael promptly arrived at the scheduled time, both wearing masks without being asked too! After completing the installation, Daniel took the time to explain the process of lighting the hot water and how to manually change the pressure on the PRV if needed.

I needed my sanitation line replaced. So I searched for plumbers doing this job. I found Pristine Plumbing with excellent reviews and decided to email them at 6:30AM. To my surprise, Daniel replied to my email and was able to fit me in his schedule the same day. I got the pictures of his camera inspection and scheduled me within a couple of days. I was so glad I didn't have to wait for days before they started the job. Daniel made sure he applied for a permit right away and scheduled an inspector to check and certify their job. Then, they put back my garden in as reasonable a state as it was before. Daniel gave me the certification of the city and pictures of my replaced sanitation line. Now I know who to recommend to my friends for their plumbing needs.
