I have a leak in my inground pool
When I approached hb pools for help, I got a prompt appointment and a very helpful and pleasant employee s who scanned the pool liner and plugged the drain at the bottom of the pool.
The likely cause may be the liner itself at the deep end.
If it the liner then I will go with this company to change the liner
I feel I can trust them to do a good job
In addition, they have very pleasant staff and employees

HB pools came and redid my pool liner and replaced some of my outdated pool equipment. They were prompt and professional. Great work ethic. Knowledgeable and efficient. And they are prompt with delivery! My liner was gone and the empty pool was power washed in a day. Then had a brand new salt chlorinator and sand filter installed with all new plumbing installed on another day. Then had them come in on the hottest, most humid day of the year to do sanding and grout work, install my beautiful new liner and fill it with water in one day. We were able to go swimming in record time. Thank you for my beautiful pool. We are getting great comments about how great the water feels and how beautiful the pool is. We love it!

HB pools has done our pool openings and closings twice now. Im very satisfied with the service. I like how they take care of the pool independently and send a video afterwards describing the work done.

Had my pool opened with HB pools for the first time. They also checked a few issues I w as a having with my light and LCD screen on my pump. Video report at the end was really neat! Would highly recommend!

From the day we purchased our home with an in-ground pool (our first pool) HB has been there to help answer every question I have had, and there have been MANY!

The technicians are fast, efficient and knowledgable which is great since we have slightly older equipment for our pool. They know how to troubleshoot and they remember the particulars of our pool year after year. They are always friendly and willing to chat about pretty much anything, pool related or not. The last pair of techs I had were the best yet. Very friendly and answered a lot of questions that I had while they worked. They were happy to explain everything that they were doing and gave advice on the next steps for setting up my pool for the summer.

Knowing that my pool is put away properly in the winter by pros and is ready to go every spring gives me the peace of mind that so often eludes a homeowner.
