Winter/Summer Solar Blinds for Windows
I wrote a review for Krumpers in 2010, because we thought their products were wonderful. At the time, we planned to acquire more. We have - and now are even happier! The blinds work superbly - we have been much more comfortable, both winter and summer, . Now, with the latest addition of custom panels for our large living room window, the radiator can finally keep up! How wonderful to come down to a living room that is no longer chilly on cold winter days, and still enjoy the lovely view! I should add that both workmanship and service were flawless - thank you, Diana and Yuri! And yes, we do plan to cover more windows!
We have just renewed for another season of snow clearing with Classic Interlock - our 6th (and they were the contractor of choice for several years before that for this house). Very good and prompt service, very nice people. An extra touch: a little cut-in at the end of the driveway, to allow space for garbage bins!
Installation of Pump in New Well
Barry installed a Grundfoss constant pressure pump in our new well a couple of years ago. He was super helpful with the selection of the pump, efficient with the installation and connection of the system with the old one, and, when we needed a warrantee service call after the installation, he was very responsive and made sure all well sterilization procedures were followed. Thanks, Barry!
Septic tanks need to be checked and pumped from time to time. We have been very happy with the quick, efficient, professional, and friendly service provided by Manotick. They have also given us good advice, and did not attempt to sell more frequent service than needed. Thank you!
Energy-efficient solar blinds (winter/summer)
My late Father (not an easy man to impress) bought Krumpers custom blinds for one skylight, and was so happy with them, he bought two more, plus roller blinds for a double patio door. He was delighted with the effective, meticulously-made and installed product and the excellent service. We will be adding Krumpers Solar blinds for several more windows, as he had planned to do.
