Hb Pools

Had my pool opened with HB pools for the first time. They also checked a few issues I w as a having with my light and LCD screen on my pump. Video report at the end was really neat! Would highly recommend!

From the day we purchased our home with an in-ground pool (our first pool) HB has been there to help answer every question I have had, and there have been MANY!

The technicians are fast, efficient and knowledgable which is great since we have slightly older equipment for our pool. They know how to troubleshoot and they remember the particulars of our pool year after year. They are always friendly and willing to chat about pretty much anything, pool related or not. The last pair of techs I had were the best yet. Very friendly and answered a lot of questions that I had while they worked. They were happy to explain everything that they were doing and gave advice on the next steps for setting up my pool for the summer.

Knowing that my pool is put away properly in the winter by pros and is ready to go every spring gives me the peace of mind that so often eludes a homeowner.

I highly recommend HB pools if you want an inground pool. The whole team is fantastic. From the salesman Yves, to the pool installer Tristan and especially Frédéric the project manager. Always available and attentive, flexible for changes and advice based on expertise and experience. Thank you for accompanying us on this adventure. All that remains is to enjoy our swimming pool.

We depend on the HB crew to open our pool, including removal, cleaning and storing the safety cover, shocking the pool, vacuuming debris. We live on a ravine, so this service is a big help to prepare us for the season.

Owen & Trevor did a very professional job in opening my pool for the season. All work with pump, filter, duck plugs & more were done efficiently.
Owen also quickly repaired the problem with my new leaf skimmer which was not working. Much appreciated!

I dealt with this company before they do a good job. The only thing I was surprised with is that they dont clean the winter cover. I thought for the price that it would include cleaning the winter cover.
