I had a great experience with Averax group. Averax group was recommended by a friend, and I am glad they did. Not only did they come up with a better solution to my waterproofing needs than other companies, who were ready to charge me more for extra work that was not needed. Alex provided the optimal recommendation, and while fully booked, he managed to find time to work with my schedule and do it fast and well. All my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Highly recommend, would gladly work with them again!

The project was an underpinning for an existing 13'x24' basement of below 6' in height and an 8 foot wide crawlspace running under the back of the house. The final product was a 8'x32' basement with 8' in height.
The work included digging out the space, removing an existing barrier wall, building a new foundation for the rest of the house, underpinning the existing basement foundation, waterproofing, sump pump installation, and a new concrete pad.
The work was difficult but Alex and his team worked continuously to help us stay on time. Alex was a pleasure to work with and eager to please. He advised us well on the options available at each step when roadblocks from the city and the moisture levels of the ground arouse. He helped a renovation newcomer like myself feel good about the work being performed.

Alex and his team did an excellent job with removing my asphalt driveway and installing interlocking brick pavers as well as installing flagstone on my steps. In addition, there was some spalling brick that was replaced around my steps as well. The workmanship was exceptional and we are very happy with the results. Only two minor points of negative feedback: firstly the job did take a lot longer than initially expected. That was mostly because of material shortages from suppliers due to lockdown restrictions, but it was still difficult to get a clear planned schedule for when specific work was going to be done. Secondly - there was a lot of garbage and debris that was left for long periods of time - but Alex was very good with having his guys take care of it promptly after I communicated my concerns and everything was cleaned at the end of the job. I would highly recommend this company for your driveway and brick work.

Averax Group was great to work with. Their staff was friendly and informative. Needed to remove and replace concrete steps in front of house. Averax Group was very responsive during the quoting process. When it came time to do the work, Dom did a great job in explaining what will be done, answered all my questions and did what he said he would. Very happy with the results. Can't complain about anything.

David and his crew took care of our garage foundation project from a-z. They did excavation, footings, blocks and concrete slab. I'm very happy with the job they've done, excellent job. Will definitely call Averax for our next project with no hesitation.

The project area is approximately 280 square feet located in the Riverdale area . The workmen came well prepared with all their tools. They did an excellent job installing the pavers and the short retaining wall. The entire area was totally flat and level when finished (with a very slight slope for draining rainwater towards the front of the house) . They did all this on a Sunday at 10:15am and they were finished by 6:30 p.m. (during Covid-19 City of Toronto bylaws permit residential construction work from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. even on a Sunday). This job cost approximately $3,300 labor and materials included. Alex crew works fast and are very skillful . I highly recommend them.

Needed to waterproof the basement cold room in 30 y.o. house that we just bought...received number of estimates along with Averax group...competitive price...timely service as scheduled...initial waterproofing didn't work entirely due to the porouscement blocks in the house foundation - the team came back right away to resolve the issue...the leak persisted and the team was back within one day again. Looks good now...will see them back in April for relaying. Would use their services again if needed.

I had leaking in my basement, and used Averax for waterproofing. They were very quick to respond and extremely helpful, for a reasonable price. Additionally, I happened to be going out of town, and they were able to do everything without my supervision, and provided updates via pictures and text messages. After completing their work, they have since followed up several times after rainy days to see if there was any further leaking. Overall, excellent company and would highly recommend their services.
