Loved receiving a call from the Technician prior to arrival time to let me know he was on his way. We moved into our new home and we had our first AC inspection in Summer 2016. We had our first furnace inspection in fall 2016. We were pleased that we had the same technician for both inspections. He was nice, professional and helpful. Also, we like the monthly payment method direct from the bank account. We shopped around and A&G rates high in comparison. Keep up the great service!

Your specialists arrived exactly as scheduled for Furnace and Water Heater Installation. They had mats to protect the flooring and were careful while carrying out the old heater and bringing in the new one. Installation was clean and swift. They got right to work and knew what they were doing. Also, the customer service representative that I spoke with when making the appointment was very nice and helpful. She certainly knew what she was doing. All together the best demonstration of service as scheduled that I can remember having received from any company. Well done and thank you. Overall was a great service - From the initial call to explain what was wrong - the lady that answered my call was friendly and helpful and easy to talk to. She immediately had someone out to our house within the hour to check our furnace. The Technician was very helpful and was in and out quickly explaining what the problem was and what our options were. We have been very happy with this service. Excellent work in replacing a failing furnace with a new system complete with filter and humidifier. Considerate work, quickly and efficiently installing the new system, carbon monoxide detectors, thermostat and a quick run through of the system. Excellent service on a cold day. They were great, I would refer this company to all my family and friends.

I was totally impressed with A&G team; they did great work at a great price. We recently needed to replace an overdue furnace installed for our new house. As well as a 50 gallon HTW tank. The Technicians thoroughly inspected our set up, answered all our questions and gave great reliable suggestions to help us meet our needs while staying within our budget. No pressure tactics.
