The amount of work you need to do to the home after getting the keys you may as well go resale. They dont come back to fix the errors and tarion is useless.

Unethical builder. sells houses then terminates when the market goes up. Sales reps make promises which are false, would not recommend for anyone to looking purchase a home.

Had a terrible experience with Mikmada and definitely not recommend them. We had a contract in place since Feb 2021 and despite regular assurance that all is on track, they cancelled it in Dec 2021. I recommend finding a more established builder.
