From the moment we contacted BP Drain & Plumbing, Vlad was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient with the initiative to properly assist a customer. He’s both Canada & US certified.

He first came to asses the work and within 24 hours gave us an estimate, we negotiated a touch and he accepted. He gave us a reasonable and fair price.

On the day to start work Vlad came with his associate “Big Ross”, both of them are came across as excellent guys.

They arrived exactly when they said they would and performed all of the work in an orderly and extremely professional manner within the time frame they indicated. Any questions we had Vlad took the time to explain each step of the work that was taking place.

The result was excellent, and great value for the quality of work.

I bought an old house that needed a lot of work and had a line up of tradesmen for different kinds of work. Hands down Vlad and Rose were the best. Very impressed with the following..

Professional, no over selling, by the code, simply got the job done.
And we're not talking small jobs, Vlad did Delta membrane, weeping tiles, septic tank, rearrange bathroom plumbing, relocate laundry. Flawlessly.

As a homeowner and female going through a home renovation the biggest challenge was finding an honest, reputable company to provide service. Vlad is very professional, competent and efficient. He took the time to go above and beyond by offering me suggestions on how to improve my design and explained everything in terms that I could understand. He was quick, extremely tidy (you'd never know I had a hole cut in my basement) and the cost was exactly what was quoted. I will need him back in a week to install my fixtures and I am truly confident he will follow through... Which is novel when it comes to the trades. I've already recommended him to family/friends, now here! I can't say enough good things.
