Grant and Chris arrived promptly on Sunday to do the work we needed done at my mother's house. They quickly introduced themselves before outlining their plan for the afternoon (there were a few jobs that needed to get done). They worked efficiently, and were very professional and were sure to clean up after themselves before leaving. They checked to ensure we had no questions before they left. I would definitely recommend Sureflow for excellent customer service and quality of work, plus cost-effectiveness!

We are repeat customers. We needed an inspection and repairs, and this company has been really receptive, dependable, and very friendly. While waiting for the City to deal with some issues so repairs can continue, the sewer started to back up (unrelated). In no time, arrangements were made for our original excellent plumber (Juarez) to return and the problem was solved in 15 minutes and we were given a significant discount. I called Sure flow outside of business hours with a septic emergency. I spoke to John who was extremely helpful and scheduled me in for a service call the same day.

Five stars for Randy! Kudos to the owner and his tech Randy for their quick response, professional knowledge, and excellent service. We had a disgusting clogged drain backing up into our garbage disposal and dishwasher which they quickly diagnosed and rectified. They also installed a new kitchen faucet for us which greatly improved our water pressure!

I've dealt with multiple plumbers in the past and have never had good luck with any or they charged me way too much, I had a terrible kitchen sink clog and my friend had referred me to this business, they came to my house right away and fixed the clog at a reasonable price! It was a pleasure hiring this company to fix my sewer drain clog. Christopher was very professional and knowledgeable. He was punctual, and responsive, and kept the area clean as much as possible.
He utilizes a camera probe during his work, which is an amazing feature, to clean the main sewer pipe. He showed me the tree roots that were blocking my pipe in great detail.
I would hire this company again without hesitation if I ever needed to unclog a drain.

Our dishwasher was not working and it was determined to be from a leaking water supply line. This was validated by a technician from the store where the dishwasher was purchased, but he could not stop the leak.

I called Sureflow, as I had used them previously and they dispatched Juarez to assess and correct the problem. Turns out we had a few problems as the piping orientation made it nearly impossible to connect a new line. Juarez provided options to address and correct the issues, provided the cost, and when agreed to, began to do the work. It took about 3 hours from start to finish, and when done we had brand new plumbing with no leaks and a dishwasher that is functional again.
