As a single female renovating a house for the first time, I found the entire project from start to finish with MultiSerivce to be a pleasure. Manny recommended the perfect colour scheme for the siding and trim to match the style of my home and the neighbourhood (I’m the second house he’s done on my street). He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and installation. He relocated my downspouts to make them more functional and less conspicuous. The team was always prompt, friendly and tidy. My house was warmer this winter with the addition of the extra exterior insulation he installed under the siding. I’ve received nothing but rave reviews from friends, family and neighbours. I’m so pleased with the final product that I’m attaching before and after pictures.

The service was for a multi level townhome (female owned) with flexible heating/cooling, dryer and bathroom vents after some renovations and becoming the new homeowner. I was so pleased with their professionalism and knowledge. They took the time to explain what they did and what I needed to do in the future to maintain my home's venting systems on my own, for example when my furnace filter would need replacing (it's a high velocity electric/hot water furnace). I will definitely have them back next year for my dryer vent (condo building regulation - must clean dryer vent annually to prevent fires).

As a homeowner and female going through a home renovation the biggest challenge was finding an honest, reputable company to provide service. Vlad is very professional, competent and efficient. He took the time to go above and beyond by offering me suggestions on how to improve my design and explained everything in terms that I could understand. He was quick, extremely tidy (you'd never know I had a hole cut in my basement) and the cost was exactly what was quoted. I will need him back in a week to install my fixtures and I am truly confident he will follow through... Which is novel when it comes to the trades. I've already recommended him to family/friends, now here! I can't say enough good things.
