These guys were great! They arrived on time, assessed and made appropriate recommendations regarding our old gas pipe fitting to make it more secure (ours is an old house and they discovered the pipe was loose). When the connection was done, they triple checked to make sure no gas was escaping and confirmed that the new stove was working.

My water heater broke and I want to replace it. Although I had home protection plan from another company, this other company made a big issue to replace the water heater and asked to dig holes in the celling in the basement. I contact Consumer Energy Management and asked to replace Furnace, A\C and water heater. They give me reasonable price for the Furnace and A\C. I accepted the offer because I don't want to risk going to lower price. The water heater price is high compare to others. But I also accept the price because I had to replace the water heater and I hated to go back to this other company. Consumer Energy Management technicians replaced the equipment in a very professional way without any damage to the finished basement. The sales person is a very patient, he know his job very well. Consumer energy made their part. It is my mistake to rent water heater from them with high price. My second mistake is to terminate enracare home protection plan and water heater rental at the middle of the term. The other company penalized me. My advise to you, if you want to replace your furnace or A\C and you have home protection plan, do it at the end of the term. Consumer Energy Managements installed American Standard furnace and a\c. The equipment are good. I didn't check my gas bill yet to see if it make any differences. In summary, sales person good, installation good, equipment good, price not cheap.

These guys were simply amazing. We had an old electric hot water tank that the power was coming straight from the grid without passing through the hydro meter. The problem was that Toronto hydro was charging us every month between $75-100. We had few companies to come and give us an estimate to change the tank to natural gas but they all refused to do it because it was a big challenge to run a proper venting and the gas line since our basement was completely finished and rented. When we contacted consumers energy they sent a sales person who was very knowledgeable. Based on his knowledge he said it's possible but need to confirm with his technician. He came again couple days after with his technician and confirmed everything. Although the price was a bit higher than we expected and we couldn't even compare with other because they simply refused to do it, we hired them. On the day of installation it took them almost 10 hours to do the job, but with precise measurements they only opened two small holes in the ceiling to run the venting. They also brought their electrician who disconnected the power from old tank and we called the hydro company and asked to remove that charge from our bill. We are extremely happy with our new tank and highly recommend them.

This company was excellent!!! In November I called them on behalf of my elderly aunt who's furnace had stopped working. Edward of Consumer Energy was amazing, he came right over and was so helpful and kind. He provided my aunt with an oil heater overnight until he was able to replace her furnace, at no cost to her! Then yesterday I called them again for my mother's property, again Edward was great. He explained what the problem was and options for fixing the furnace that were great. I will not call anyone else from now on for furnace issues. Excellent!!!

The work was done efficiently and professionally. This company made the process easy and stress free for us home-owners who knew nothing about furnaces.

We had our furnace and air conditioner installed by Consumers Energy and really happy with our choice. Our old AC was installed incorrectly by rental company and after numerous complaints and involvement of a lawyer we had it removed without a penalty. When the sales person from consumers energy with a very good knowledge came for an estimate he told us right away what was the problem with our AC installation. We felt very confident with the information that he provided and when technicians came two days later they did an amazing job. Even though I was with them throughout the whole installation process they were very patient with me and all my questions. We are very happy with this company and already recommended them to our neighbours.

We took advantage of Enbridge rebate program and installed new furnace and new water heater. Guys from Consumers Energy followed every step to go through this program. The technicians Kam and Andy showed up on time, put down clean drop clothes, and started the job. By the end of the day, the furnace and water heater tank were installed along with new wi-fi thermostat. My new furnace is working great and much quieter. I got full warranty for 10 years so there is no need to keep my protection plans which is also added to additional energy savings. Thank you guys for the job well done and I will highly recommend you to everyone.

I had previously called a competitor who left me hanging for 3 days without hot water. Then I was informed that another 5 days would be required.That led me to call this awesome company and was told that," tomorrow you will have a replacement". The following day a very polite and professional technician arrived and installed my new tankless water heater. The technician (Andy) worked without a break most of the day to complete the installation.
