INSTALLER VERY THOROUGH AND CUSTOMER CONSCIOUS. I WAS ALREADY AWARE OF THE BASICS, BUT HE EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT HE WAS DOING AS I WENT DOWN TO CHECK UP FROM TIME TO TIME. HE PLACED PROTECTIVE CARPETS WHERE NEEDED AND ALWAY ASKED PERMISSION TO GO THROUGH AN AREA. TOOK A LITTLE LONGER, BUT WOW.WISH MY MEN COULD BE LIKE THAT.

Edward sales rep was very helpful and followed up with every opportunity he came to my home on several occasions to discuss and close on the project order. He was also on site with the installation technician who was very efficient. All completed in 1 day... very satisfied customer .Donna

I had Consumers Energy change my furnace about 3 months ago in February when my old furnace started acting up. At the time I spoke to several different companies regarding changing my furnace however Edward from Consumers Energy seemed to be the most informed regarding the issue and easier to deal with. The technicians showed up on the install date on time and they seemed to know what they were doing as the job went smoothly without a mess. The new furnace is a lot quieter and runs more smoothly and I can see the difference it has made in my bill for the past two months. Overall I'm very happy with my new furnace and I believe I got a very good deal for it even though I initially found myself to be in a jam.
I will be changing my water heater to a bigger unit before next winter and Consumers Energy is at the top of my list of companies that I will inquire about this job. I'm very happy with the job they did with my furnace and I recommend them to any home owner that requires this kind of work.

the work was completed in one day. There were no surprising additional cost at the end. The team work well together, and as a team. They clean up after. They answered all my questions, and gave explanation when necessary.

Woke up on one of the coldest days this year to a furnace on the fritz. Edward from Consumer Energy Management came by that day. He was on time, courteous and he quickly determined that the issue was a clogged filter. He stuck around for 15-20 minutes to ensure things were in working order and didn't charge us for his time. We will definitely call them again for any future furnace issues and for regular maintenance as well.

New installation of a Nest thermostat. Also ran a fan wire for compatibility. All is good

These guys are great. Professional, speedy service. We tried other HVAC companies in the past and they were a nightmare to work with but i would honestly would recommend them if you need any work done. I will be aakimg them to do my brothers house next door soon. Oh, and yeah the price was good too ;) Thx guys!
