Called for a fridge repair - the company responded immediately, with Tech dispatched that afternoon! Unheard of level of service. The tech - someone with 30+ years of experience in the trade - was professional, prompt and courteous while on site. Afterwards, there was an administrative error made on my account. Upon being advised on the error, Ester on behalf of Fix, took ownership of the issue, called to discuss it in detail with me, after which the issue was remedied without delay. I would definitely recommend this company and I would call upon them again without hesitation. Well done Team!

The technician from Fix appliance was excellent. Installation was to replace an existing over the range microwave in a very tight condo apartment. Installation was done quickly, and tested by technician to ensure it was working.

Nikolay provided very courteous service, making sure not to damage the floors whenever he was moving the ranges. After installation, he thoroughly explained to me everything that I should expect with my new induction range.

Fix Appliances always answered my calls promptly, and even provided me information on how I could do the installation myself if I wanted to.

Fixing Bosch dishwasher

I did my initial research when I started seeing the E09 error code on the display of the Bosch dishwasher and knew that the pump had to replaced as the heater element is attached to the pump. After reading online reviews, I contacted Fix Appliances CA and fixed up an appointment. Nikolay arrived on time as per the appointment and confirmed my initial assessment. Nikolay was kind enough to explain the internal working of the dishwasher as I was looking out for alternative option (instead of replacing the whole pump).We had to order a new pump which after arrival, Nikolay replaced and the E09 error code is gone. Would recommend Fix Appliances CA and Nikolay for future repair jobs
