Our upstairs fireplace had needed maintenance for a while as the fan and remote system werent working any longer. We had another company come in and quote the work without even seeing it at a very high amount, and in fact said theyd recommended a completely new unit.

Jeff promptly responded to my request for pricing and scheduled me in for the same week. He beautifully cleaned and thoroughly checked both fireplaces, leaving me with a full written report and some great suggestions for maximizing the length of life for the fireplaces. Contacted True Flame as our Pool Heater started to leak and Jeff was here within a day and provided both alternatives new vs. repair as the heat exchanger was the problem and given the condition of the Heater, it was more efficient and cost effective to repair. Jeff also diagnosed and made further recommendations and provided a quote for the work needed and within a couple of days was back and had all of the proper parts and installed and tested the full equipment. As well Jeff installed an additional safety process from pump to Heater as added protection. I am extremely pleased with True Flame, especially Jeff. Thanks.
