I contacted Neighbourhood plumbing (NP) just before Christmas regarding a slow draining sink in our kitchen. They showed up and worked on the drain, with a motorized snake. I was told the clog was at 80. The drain issue appeared to be resolved. Three months later, the drain was slow again. Having been away on vacation for six of the twelve weeks since NPs visit, I called Kirby. I explained the issue, and the fact that the previous drain clearing lasted four years. Kirby wasnt interested in backing up his work. I called in a competitor and had the drain scoped with a camera. There was a clog at 80 ft! This time, the drain was cleared.

Had an electric water heater that was connected to a boiler installed by Mike and Leon. Mike is extremely knowledgable and did a great job. We had some leakage and extra things that had to be replaced so it was a little more detail than installing the hot water heater. We figured that the extra price was fair and would definitely recommend Neighbourhood again.

I called Kirby at Neighbourhood Plumbing and told him our countertops were being installed on a Friday and I wanted him to come and hook up my new sink and dishwasher. Kirby was able to come the same afternoon just after the countertop was installed so I had a sink for the weekend. He was efficient and pleasant.
