Had an electric water heater that was connected to a boiler installed by Mike and Leon. Mike is extremely knowledgable and did a great job. We had some leakage and extra things that had to be replaced so it was a little more detail than installing the hot water heater. We figured that the extra price was fair and would definitely recommend Neighbourhood again. Susan Simons
