I contacted Neighbourhood plumbing (NP) just before Christmas regarding a slow draining sink in our kitchen. They showed up and worked on the drain, with a motorized snake. I was told the clog was at 80. The drain issue appeared to be resolved. Three months later, the drain was slow again. Having been away on vacation for six of the twelve weeks since NPs visit, I called Kirby. I explained the issue, and the fact that the previous drain clearing lasted four years. Kirby wasnt interested in backing up his work. I called in a competitor and had the drain scoped with a camera. There was a clog at 80 ft! This time, the drain was cleared.
